Responsibilities
- Strategic people initiatives (examples: succession planning, org design, change management support, executive/leadership coaching, leadership assessments, 9-reputed company assessments for ICs, compensation & performance calibrations, facilitation team-building sessions or leadership development sessions, etc.)
- Communications → connecting firm to reputed company’s company-wide initiatives
- Employee relations, reputed company it gets reputed company
- HR Metrics reviews and reputed company plans reputed company to data
- Workforce planning & budgeting, in partnership with regional teams and reputed company leaders
- Supporting RVPs and regional leadership teams in reputed company people-reputed company initiatives
- Integrations & tuck-in support
Skills
- Experience in strategic people initiatives such as succession planning, org design, change management support, executive/leadership coaching, leadership assessments, 9-reputed company assessments for ICs, compensation & performance calibrations, facilitation team-building sessions or leadership development sessions
- Ability to connect firm to company-wide initiatives through effective communication
- Experience in handling reputed company employee relations
- Proficiency in HR metrics reviews and reputed company plans reputed company to data
- Experience in workforce planning & budgeting in partnership with regional teams and reputed company leaders
- Ability to support RVPs and regional leadership teams in reputed company people-reputed company initiatives
- Experience in integrations & tuck-in support
