[Remote] Proposal Development Consultant

The role involves reviewing solicitations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, RFXs)
- Prepare, edit, and organize proposal documents using established templates
- Ensure proposal compliance with solicitation requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, reputed company contractors, and teaming partners
- reputed company proposal deadlines, required documents, and submission packages
- Maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and supporting documentation
Skills
- Experience in government proposal writing or proposal development
- Strong understanding of government contracting and procurement processes
- Excellent writing, editing, and document management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and compliance review
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

- Experience with federal or state government contracting
- Familiarity with SAM.gov, GovWin, eBuy, or other government procurement portals
- Background in contract management, grant writing, project management, or IT consulting
