Responsibilities

Skills

- Familiar with PC's and have a strong troubleshooting background
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally and have a reputed company reputed company or entry permission
- 40% travel required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Support Service
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, or a reputed company technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills necessary
