MSS-Transportation Dispatcher/Operations

Position reputed company reputed company is reputed company seeking a dedicated and organized Mobile Service Specialist to join a dynamic team in California. This role focuses on supporting daily transportation operations, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring reputed company and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation and reputed company, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks reputed company.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls and email correspondence.
• Utilize MS Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook, proficiently.
• Apply transportation and dispatching knowledge, including DOT Hours, to daily operations.
• reputed company drivers to various assignments, matching them to orders based on their reputed company sets.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding orders, reputed company issues, payroll, and billing reputed company.
• Address payroll discrepancies with drivers and communicate resolutions to the payroll department.
• Arrange travel for CDL drivers, including airfare, car rentals, and hotel bookings, and confirm arrangements with drivers.
• Cross-train on reputed company functions of mobile expenses and collaborate with the Expense Manager to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain daily and weekly communication with Payroll and the Expense Manager on any hotel or car rental issues.
• Monitor and manage a shared inbox, ensuring reputed company responses and organization.
• Input airfare receipts and upload them into the tracking system daily.
• Participate in the "On-Call" Weekend reputed company rotation as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation or transportation reputed company preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and reputed company in delivering results through the actions of others.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade an audience.

Required Work Hours

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
