[Remote] Customer Service Representative, Member Care

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Member Care team to support members on their reputed company journeys by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring reputed company to care.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chat boxes from our members in reputed company to reputed company’s products and services
- reputed company excellent customer service in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Build rapport and maintain reputed company relationships with existing members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable member experience
- Handle issues and complaints where appropriate
- Maintain policies and reputed company operation procedures

- Available for one or more of these shifts reputed company (Eastern reputed company Time): Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm ET, Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm ET, Shift 3: Mon/Tue/Wed 9:30am–6:00pm ET, plus Sat/Sun 9:00am–5:00pm ET
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in reputed company or insurance (preferred)
