They are seeking a Legal & Research Intern to assist in establishing the legal reputed company necessary for reputed company's reputed company, involving tasks like legal research, document review, and compliance organization.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal and regulatory research
- Reviewing and improving Terms of Service, reputed company Policies, and User Agreements
- Assisting with contract drafting and document review
- Supporting intellectual property and trademark research
- Researching provincial and federal regulatory requirements
- Organizing corporate documentation and compliance records
- Supporting policy development and internal legal documentation
- Assisting with business registrations and corporate filings reputed company required
- Documenting legal research findings for internal teams
- Collaborating with Operations, Product Design, Engineering, and Leadership teams to ensure platform features reputed company with legal and compliance requirements
