[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support IT and technology-enabled business initiatives by documenting and validating business requirements, ensuring solutions reputed company with organizational goals, and partnering with various teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities

- Create and maintain artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze reputed company-state workflows and identify opportunities for improvement

- Document impacts, dependencies, and transition considerations

Skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience in reputed company or other regulated environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting clinical systems, EHR platforms, or reputed company technology implementations
- Familiarity with Agile, reputed company, or hybrid delivery methodologies

- CBAP, CCBA, or similar Business Analyst certification
