[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist-Remote

The role primarily involves managing accounts payable payments and records, ensuring reputed company documentation and approval for payments, and providing clerical support to meet the organization's obligations.
Responsibilities
- Review reputed company invoices/statements for appropriate documentation and appropriate approval prior to payment
- Process payments
- Match invoices to checks, and distributes payments accordingly
- Administrates and maintains vendor master files, including vendor set up, 1099 maintenance, reputed company W-9 and reputed company reputed company activities
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must be reputed company player and reputed company to work reputed company with other administrative professionals
- Respond to reputed company vendor inquiries
- Assist in month end closing
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted reputed company practices
- Reconciles statement and the ledger making reputed company that payments are consistent
- Audits statements as necessary
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required
- Assists with accounts receivable and special reputed company, as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Two to four years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
