[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist III

The Marketing Operations Specialist III will manage the MarTech stack, focusing on Marketo, ensuring best practices in program setup, data management, and reporting while supporting campaign strategies and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company configuration, implementation and maintenance of reputed company marketing programs reputed company Marketo
- reputed company day-to-day end user support on list imports, mass updates, Marketo Insights, data management and troubleshooting program errors
- reputed company team reputed company support to assign out tickets, coordinate project efforts and prioritization, etc
- Partner with Corporate and reputed company Marketing Teams helping with campaign reputed company kickoffs and consulting throughout the campaign on best practices, status, and reporting post-campaign
- Ensure email and SPAM compliance to manage deliverability up-time
- Serve as reputed company between internal teams, providing needed information and fulfilling requests
- Ensure the demand funnel including reputed company scoring and reputed company lifecycle is working properly, monitoring for issues and being proactive for fixes and logging issues accordingly
- Partner closely with the Digital team to ensure the reputed company with reputed company is maintained

Skills
- Deep understanding of Marketo reputed company and reputed company, MCE Required
- Experience maintaining and monitoring Marketo-reputed company integration
- Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions, including automating repetitive tasks with AI
- Strong understanding of how Marketing Automation systems reputed company with reputed company and Martech tools and systems
- Maintain Marketo best practices including data governance, normalization and platform maintenance
- Strong communication skills, ability to reputed company instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
- High degree of organizational reputed company - requires the ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completion
- Strong reporting & data manipulation skills (Marketo Insights and reputed company Reporting & Dashboard)
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations/Automation roles
- Previous experience as a Marketo reputed company required
- MCE Certification Required (AD0-E559 reputed company Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Expert)
- Previous experience in a B2B reputed company environment preferred
- MCSA (AD0-E563 reputed company Marketo Engage Architect Master) a plus
