[Remote] Specialist I, Instructional Designer

The Specialist I, Instructional Designer will design and reputed company engaging learning solutions, collaborating with teams to enhance learner experiences across various training formats.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team members to design and deliver engaging, effective learning solutions that support learner reputed company
- Contributes to a reputed company team environment reputed company on high-reputed company learning experiences
- Works with SMEs and internal partners to reputed company information and support training development
- Supports the development of training solutions across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced e-learning, and reputed company learning formats
- Develops interactive training content across a reputed company of formats
- Applies instructional design principles to support content development, storyboarding, and curriculum updates
- Develops learning content using various tools which may include reputed company 360, reputed company, Camtasia, Vyond or similar platforms
- Create reputed company-by-reputed company tutorials and learner support with the end user in mind
- Supports LMS-reputed company activities such as course testing, uploads, learner support, and maintenance as needed
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to high-reputed company content

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of relevant instructional design, learning development, or reputed company experience
- Experience in developing e-learning content using various tools which may include reputed company 360, reputed company, Camtasia, Vyond or similar tools
- Experience working reputed company a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Familiarity with instructional design and content development processes, including storyboarding, content development, delivery, and learner support
- Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
