Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and business leaders to reputed company and implement strategic HR solutions reputed company with business objectives
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, succession planning, and talent development
- reputed company leaders to strengthen people leadership capabilities and improve team performance
- reputed company HR initiatives and reputed company from planning through implementation

Skills

- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and executives
- Strong background in organizational development, change management, talent management, and workforce planning

- Excellent consulting, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders without reputed company authority
- Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities
