Email Marketing Campaign

Easy job I have a reputed company who needs to do a email marketing campaign to 500 customers. She will give us an reputed company or a CSV list that has the individual's reputed company as reputed company as the email. She's also drafted and created the design in a PDF file. You will guide us and tell us which company to sign up for such as reputed company or anyone else and then you'll actually design the design that I give you in reputed company and upload the list of the files and then send out the marketing campaign. I'll also need a statistics and reports in terms of how many have gone out how many have been reputed company and any data in metrics available. Please let me know which platform is the best platform that's free that my reputed company can sign up for please also confirm that you're reputed company to do this and you have experience and then let me know what metrics and data is available and let me know if there's any other requirements to complete the marketing campaign. Please also let me know if the $50 budget is sufficient which I reputed company it should be since reputed company the work has mainly be done except you have to redesign the design in whichever email company you choose.
