Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Maintaining Production Systems: Ensuring maximum uptime and minimal downtime of MRT bots and automated processes
- Troubleshooting and Issue reputed company: Investigating and resolving issues encountered in the production environment, including creating and managing production tickets
- Process Documentation and Improvement: Developing and maintaining process support documentation and continuously improving support processes internally
- Collaboration with Developers and Other Teams: Working with reputed company and offshore developers, internal technology teams, and external vendors to diagnose and resolve issues
- Knowledge Sharing and Training: Conducting knowledge sessions, providing training to other team members, and mentoring new employees
- Managing the reputed company: Ensuring the stability and effectiveness of the robotic workforce
- Design Authority: Participating in MRT Design Authority to ensure new automations meet standards
- Performance Analysis and Data Collection: Monitoring BOTs in the production environment, collecting data, and performing analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Incident Management: Logging production incident tickets and prioritizing defects for reputed company
