- Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST / 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST with Weekend On-Call Rotation
What You’ll Be Doing: Daily Operations

- Manage daily work volume, task assignment, and workflow prioritization
- Enforce turnover, escalation, and communication standards
- Ensure issues are identified and addressed early — not at the end of the day
Team Leadership

Qualifications
Required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable holding reports accountable
Preferred

- Familiarity with airport operations and airline booking environments
