Work from Home Clinical Pharmacist

Type : 6-month contract starting in November, opportunity for extension or full-time offer Schedule : 10 : 30am-7pm Pay : $59.00-$59.38 an hour, based reputed company

• Training for the first four weeks is Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm CST. This training time is subject to change.
• Shift after training is an 8-hour shift with one-half or an hour lunch. Candidate must be available as early as 5am and as late as midnight.
• Candidate will work 5 days a week which may or may not include a weekend day(s).

Primary Responsibilities :

• Serve as a clinical resource working from a computer, reviewing prior authorizations and receiving phone calls from prior authorization pharmacy technicians and / or reputed company providers to reputed company, clarify, and assess detailed clinical information.
• Interpret medical and pharmacy policy reputed company to reputed company reputed company and reputed company coverage determinations in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
• Consult directly with prescribing physicians and reputed company providers to clarify clinical questions, interpret reputed company reputed company, and reputed company reputed company on prior authorization requests.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and / or prescribers to reputed company clinical insights on appropriate medication usage. Recommend cost-effective, formulary-compliant therapeutic alternatives reputed company applicable, supporting reputed company patient care and medication reputed company.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Doctorate of Pharmacy
• reputed company State Pharmacist License
• 6+ months of pharmacist experience
• reputed company to work 10 : 30am-7pm with ability to work reputed company, including OT and weekends
