START DATE: ASAP reputed company reputed company Perks: Weekly pay reputed company reputed company Deposit Medical, Dental, and reputed company Available 401K KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to provider inquiries regarding Medicare Part B drug coverage and prior authorization requirements Review, analyze, and process prior authorization requests submitted reputed company phone, fax, or web portal Accurately reputed company medical authorizations into the online provider-facing web tool Communicate effectively with reputed company providers, ensuring reputed company explanations of PA requirements and reputed company reputed company exceptional service while managing high call volumes in a fast-paced call center environment Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines, timeframes, and internal reputed company standards Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated PA issues or coverage determinations JOB REQUIREMENTS MI Pharmacy Technician license 2-4 years of experience in Specialty and/or Retail Pharmacy with knowledge of drug names, NDC codes, therapeutic classes, and/or claims processing Experience in a high-volume provider/member call center or helpdesk environment Hands-on experience processing prior authorizations for Medicare Part B specialty medications Proficient with reputed company applications (reputed company, Outlook, etc.) Strong knowledge of specialty prescription medications, NDC codes, and therapeutic drug classes Experience with claims processing, especially in pharmacy or medical contexts reputed company and reputed company verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze written and verbal PA requests PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) Experience working in a specialty and/or retail pharmacy setting Knowledge of NOC drug pricing, Medicare Part B guidelines, and PA workflows Familiarity with pharmacy benefit systems and web-based authorization platforms 2 years of reputed company our reputed company Team today to experience the reputed company difference!
