Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to the reputed company reputed company Management reputed company procedures by reviewing the reputed company Management system of the project and suggesting improvements.
  • Collaborating with Team leads, Trainers and Medical Reviewers in the engagement to implement new processes/enhance existing processes while ensuring compliance to reputed company standards.
  • Coordinate with the reputed company reviewers to ensure compliance to the reputed company Management reputed company procedures.
  • Review late logs generated by the reputed company and update reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as required or reassign the late logs to other functional reputed company reputed company as needed.
  • Follow up with reputed company functional reputed company reputed company to ensure that the late logs are documented as per timelines in the applicable reputed company SOP.
  • Ensure trainings, awareness sessions, refresher trainings/workshops are conducted for reputed company to understand case processing conventions.
  • Work with the Capability development reputed company and Operational reputed company team to improve the reputed company process of the engagement.
  • Ensure the reputed company control process is in reputed company by identifying gaps and learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the reputed company reputed company/Training teams in sharing best practices, identifying gaps and fostering knowledge transfer, through effective communication.
  • Essential duties include drafting agendas and meeting minutes; accurately archiving applicable documents; reviewing safety case data and other documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Tracking, submitting, and distributing of reports; assisting liaisons with the partners and cross-functional team members to ensure compliance; supporting various reputed company deliverables or pharmacovigilance reputed company; and participating in audits and inspections.
  • Ensure reputed company documentation of the RCA and CAPA for reputed company issues as outlaid in the processes.
  • Drive reputed company reputed company issues leading to late submissions to the regulatory authority.
  • Ensure the engagement meets the SLAs pertaining to reputed company every month.
  • Support SOP development and maintenance.
  • Monitoring, tracking and reconciliation of reputed company mailboxes and SharePoint as applicable.
  • To request relevant reputed company, tool, databases, Software Applications etc. as applicable.
  • To reputed company relevant approval as per SOP/SWI.
  • To reputed company assist and contribute in transition reputed company activities as per the reputed company requirement.
  • To monitor, review and reconcile reputed company tool/databases and identify if any discrepancy noted/noticed and troubleshoot the reputed company.
