Responsibilities

- Reconcile accounts and correct discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Support ongoing bookkeeping operations
- Improve reputed company workflows and processes
Skills
- U.S.-based (W-9 required)
- 4+ years of reputed company/bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Proven QBO clean-up and month-end reputed company experience
- Experience managing multiple reputed company accounts
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Available 30 hours/week
- Construction industry experience is a strong plus
