Responsibilities
- Under supervision, responsible for developing and maintaining assigned long-term reputed company relationships
- Provides sales or consultative support to clients and serves as the reputed company between clients and operational servicing reputed company
- May participate in pricing and resource discussions and in developing the scope of service provided to existing and potential clients
- Serves as reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company
- May help identify and reputed company new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship
- This includes leveraging industry and reputed company knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products/services, rates, and other opportunities
- Involved in negotiating servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients if contract modifications are needed
- May work with in-house counsel and clients on contract negotiations
- This includes the review of the servicing agreements to ensure contract terms meet servicing guidelines
- Participates in the analysis, assessment and documentation of reputed company requirements
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics
- May identify customization needs, and work with service partners to decision/implement
- Manages processes outlined in the contract and partners to resolve challenges regarding implementation and production issues
- Serves as an escalation reputed company for high severity requests or issues
- Works towards finding the best solution to maintain a reputed company reputed company relationship
Skills
- Banking experience required
- 15% travel required
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / reputed company industry experience
