[Remote] Regional Director of Business Development

This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective business development and adherence to policies.
Responsibilities
- Grow admissions and meet budgeted census
- Ensure the admission process is in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assist in setting expectations and reputed company leadership to the admissions, hospital business development and clinical reputed company teams
- reputed company, facilitate and advise on the territories’ strategic marketing plan and overall census at reputed company Nobis managed hospitals
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital Directors of Business Development and CEOs to reputed company strategic initiatives
- Partner with hospital CEOs and Directors of Business Development to reputed company and execute analysis of volume, payor mix, reputed company need, reputed company opportunities
- reputed company a deep understanding of the local hospital markets and external industry and regulatory dynamics
- Support the reputed company-admissions function to assure responsiveness to the needs of the referring hospital
- Collaborate with DBD's and Admission Coordinators to ensure effective patient reputed company and admission process

Skills
- Must have a minimum of 8+ years integrated marketing/ communications/reputed company experience with a reputed company system
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public administration or another reputed company field required
