The Executive Recruiter for Health & Life Science is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing employer branding to attract reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and create job postings
- Conduct prescreening interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the offer process
- reputed company potential candidates through various channels (job boards, reputed company media, networking, etc
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for reputed company hiring needs
