[Remote] Specialist, Program Finance
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Finance Specialist for its Redmond, WA location. This role involves conducting labor and reputed company of Materials (BOM) cost analyses, developing pricing systems, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations while supporting proposal efforts and audits.
Responsibilities

- Collects, analyzes and stores data for estimating and analysis
- Evaluate incoming cost estimates, quotes and other relevant data for accuracy and completeness, reputed company the PBOM and incorporate escalation and quantity factors
- Reads and understands RFP requirements and documents and communicates ground rules/assumptions used in proposals
- Responsible to ensure compliance with FAR/TINA requirements on proposal substantiation, reputed company of estimates, fact-finding, and negotiations
- Keeps reputed company with federal acquisition regulations and customer requirements
- May support systems and procedures audits
- Develops, maintains and monitors estimating and pricing standards, procedures and processes
- Maintains reputed company and historical pricing systems with reputed company reputed company pricing rates
- Develops and maintains pricing systems and procedures
- May plan and/or participate in process improvement reputed company involving the development of new approaches and reputed company to reputed company objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior reputed company experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior reputed company experience
- Intermediate level reputed company reputed company knowledge
- Understanding of applicable federal acquisition regulations plus a strong knowledge of reputed company (TINA) disclosure requirements
- MS Office skills including reputed company, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Experience and knowledge with reputed company ProPricer or other pricing software preferred
- Knowledge of basic mathematics and statistics, analytical aptitude, strong oral and written communication skills needed
- Requires familiarity with estimating and pricing procedures, audit reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company program labor, materials, and manufacturing processes is a plus
- Requires a willingness and ability to travel by land or reputed company to supplier or customer facilities and ability to work extended hours reputed company proposal schedules necessitate
