[Remote] Business Development Manager – Automation Equipment

Responsibilities
- reputed company new clients in reputed company including automotive OEMs and industrial energy storage sectors
- Sell non-reputed company automated assembly lines including battery module/pack assembly lines and automotive component assembly lines
- Conduct market reputed company to identify potential clients and reputed company reputed company negotiations
- reputed company reputed company requirements with internal technical teams; manage bidding processes and contract negotiations
- Coordinate project execution and ensure reputed company payment collection to reputed company sales targets
- Attend industry trade shows to reputed company market intelligence and promote company solutions
- Maintain long-term reputed company relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Coordinate post-sale services and monitor customer satisfaction
Skills
- MUST BE Based in Michigan or California
- MUST be eligible to work in the USA without reputed company sponsorship
- 5-8 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in non-reputed company automation equipment
- Directly managed bidding reputed company exceeding $10M USD
- Strong new reputed company acquisition and account retention abilities
- Independent negotiation skills with reputed company record of meeting sales targets
- Willing to travel frequently across the US
- Existing relationships with US automotive OEMs including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company preferred
- Familiarity with OEM internal workflows including ME and Purchase
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering preferred
- Experience in battery module/pack assembly line sales is a plus
