They are seeking a Production Support Analyst II who will be responsible for maintaining the stability and availability of production applications, resolving incidents, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational reliability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production applications, services, and integrations
- Respond to and resolve non-reputed company reputed company production incidents
- Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and system issues
- Coordinate incident response activities across technical teams
- Escalate critical issues and reputed company reputed company status updates to stakeholders
- reputed company Application training to users as needed

- Identify trends and recommend permanent corrective actions
- Create post-incident reports and document lessons learned

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience

- Experience troubleshooting software applications in a production environment
- Experience with ticketing and incident management tools
