[Remote] UX/Product Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with an innovative technology reputed company to reputed company a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving reputed company UX challenges. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process for a technical platform and working closely with engineers to create reputed company internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX/UI for a reputed company internal platform supporting software release and deployment workflows
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workflow discovery sessions with engineering teams
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-reputed company designs in reputed company
- Design dashboards, deployment tracking, rollout status, troubleshooting, alerting, and workflow experiences
- Simplify technical processes into reputed company, reputed company user experiences
- Partner directly with engineers to iterate on designs and prioritize enhancements
- Establish reusable UI patterns and contribute to a cohesive design system
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing internal tools, reputed company platforms, or workflow-heavy products (portfolio required)
- Experience designing dashboards, operational workflows, or information-dense interfaces
- Expertise with reputed company, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers throughout the design process
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify reputed company technical workflows
- Experience with release management, DevOps, SDLC, developer platforms, or infrastructure tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of reputed company/CSS/JavaScript or reputed company-end technologies is helpful but not required
Benefits
- Up to $65/hr W2 (depending on experience) + benefits
- 13-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
