Skills
- 3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional engineering team as an Engineering Manager
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Proven hands-on background in backend systems development, with strong familiarity with GoLang, Python, PHP or comparable web application development technologies and a reputed company ability to reputed company teams working in that stack
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture, including service decomposition, API design, inter-service communication, and data ownership patterns
- Solid experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes, covering deployment, scaling, resource management, and operational best practices
