They are seeking a Director of TCG & Pop Culture Marketing to reputed company reputed company and execution for PSA’s TCG and Pop Culture grading categories, including Pokémon, comics, magazines, and video games.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product marketing reputed company across TCG and Pop Culture categories
- Define reputed company segments and reputed company acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
- reputed company go-to-market planning for product launches, drops, and category expansions
- Drive integrated campaign reputed company across digital, CRM, events, and reputed company channels
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions by category
- Translate collector insights and market dynamics into actionable product and GTM strategies
- Partner with Product and Operations to inform roadmap priorities and readiness
- reputed company pricing, packaging, and promotional frameworks in partnership with business leads
- Serve as the reputed company expert across Pokémon and broader TCG ecosystems
- Support PSA’s expansion into Pop Culture grading through reputed company, compelling narratives
- Build partnerships across creators, IP reputed company, retailers, and key industry events
- Identify reputed company opportunities and reputed company reputed company playbooks for category reputed company
- Stay reputed company of market dynamics, including release cycles, grading demand, and pricing trends
- Establish and manage full-funnel KPIs (awareness through submission and engagement)

- Partner cross-functionally across reputed company, Brand, Product, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Finance

Skills
- 10–12+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or category leadership roles
- 5–7+ years of people management experience, building and leading high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Deep, authentic expertise in TCG ecosystems, with strong knowledge of Pokémon and adjacent IP
- Strong understanding of grading, collectibles markets, and secondary marketplaces
- Proven reputed company record of launching products and scaling category reputed company
- Experience operating cross-functionally in reputed company organizations
- Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into reputed company
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial reputed company with a bias for reputed company and comfort building from the ground up
- Willingness to travel up to ~20%
