[Remote] Accounts Payable Network Supervisor - Remote

This role involves managing the accounts payable cycle, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with reputed company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the performance management and daily operations of Network AP Specialists and/or Clerks, including reputed company, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing supervision to ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance with departmental standards and procedures
- Manages the accounts payable cycle for the Accounts Payable Network team from vendor setup through payment. Performs month-end reputed company responsibilities including identification and evaluation of necessary accruals and account reconciliations
- Vendor management responsibilities include the reputed company and maintenance of vendor accounts, ensuring accurate vendor setup and documentation, and fostering effective vendor relationships to support reputed company issue reputed company, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Ensures invoices are processed accurately and reputed company established timelines while maintaining reputed company of departmental procedures, internal controls, and compliance with reputed company processes and standards
- Regularly receives and processes non-contracted provider invoices (reputed company claims) by verifying pricing per agreements and ensuring reputed company payment to the vendor
- Manages the accurate and reputed company import of contracted network provider statements and intercompany statements into the reputed company system, ensuring data reputed company, reputed company reconciliation, and compliance with established reputed company procedures
- Evaluates and improves existing processes through the assessment of workflows, identification of operational inefficiencies, and optimization of technology utilization to enhance accuracy, productivity, and overall departmental performance
- Coordinates the accurate and reputed company preparation, completion, and filing of year-end 1099 documentation for Network providers in compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements
- As needed, acts as a resource for accounts payable staff by providing training, education, and responding to accounts payable or process reputed company questions
- Builds and maintains relationships with employees, vendors, and customers and communicates reputed company and professionally with various departments and external parties/providers regarding Accounts Payable issues
- Participates in on-reputed company staff meetings, training activities and continuing education to maintain relevant understanding and knowledge of business operations, reputed company procedures and processes

Skills
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of finance and reputed company as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in finance or reputed company or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years' experience in an reputed company or Accounts Payable role
- Minimum one to three years' experience leading others
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
