Bilingual Customer Contact Agent (reputed company & English) – Remote – reputed company & Weekend shifts only

We are looking for a bilingual (reputed company & English) customer contact agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to online chats, participate in outbound campaigns, and maintain our CRM database. Your strong communication skills, reputed company acumen, and customer-first reputed company will be key in this dynamic role. Your role as Customer contact agent:
- Handle e-mail communication with customers
- Respond to inbound online chats professionally and reputed company
- Participate in proactive outbound campaigns
- Accurately update and manage customer data in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
