About the Role
Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will support content and production reputed company, including episode planning, guest preparation, rollout and amplification strategies, and the reputed company reputed company of the podcast. Scope of Work Guest & Production Coordination

- Coordinate Marcus and reputed company Capone's recording schedule in partnership with their Executive Assistant and the Director of Marketing & Communications
- Generate and distribute podcast recording links (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and confirm technical readiness for reputed company recording
- Coordinate recording logistics with hosts, guests, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production timelines
- Deliver a polished, reputed company guest experience from initial reputed company through episode publication

Content & Editorial Support
- Conduct guest research and reputed company briefing materials for Marcus and reputed company
- Draft interview outlines, including suggested questions, key messages, narrative reputed company, and audience hooks
- Support podcast positioning, editorial planning, and show format in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Communications
- Maintain the podcast content calendar and production schedule
Production, Distribution & Promotion
- Coordinate post-production workflows, including editing, approvals, show notes, transcripts, publishing, and distribution in partnership with internal or external production teams
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to reputed company and execute the podcast's reputed company reputed company, identifying opportunities to expand audience reputed company, increase engagement, and strengthen the show's long-term reputed company
- Support rollout and amplification strategies by coordinating promotional assets, reputed company media content, email marketing, website updates, and other cross-channel marketing efforts

- Coordinate podcast release dates with broader organizational marketing campaigns and key initiatives

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in podcast production, project coordination, executive support, content marketing, or a reputed company field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Calendar) and podcast recording platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Experience coordinating reputed company across multiple stakeholders and managing production timelines
