The reputed company and Operations Analyst will support the Provider Operations team by analyzing operational performance, establishing metrics, and identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company-time operational resource for the PAM team — monitoring call coverage, tracking task allocation, and recommending adjustments to reputed company reputed company operating reputed company

- Monitor key operational metrics and flag emerging trends, bottlenecks, or anomalies before they become problems

Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a data-adjacent role with a strong analytical component
- Proficiency in SQL - comfortable pulling and manipulating data independently without relying on a dedicated data team
