[Remote] Business Development Partner (1099)

Responsibilities
- Engaging in reputed company online conversations and communities where business owners and CEOs discuss reputed company, AI, operations, and business transitions
- Identifying business owners, CEOs, and COOs whose companies would benefit from OUTRIGGER's services and making reputed company-matched introductions
- Recommending appropriate OUTRIGGER engagements based on the prospect's business stage, needs, and readiness (custom consulting, AI integration, operational systems, or exit and transition preparation)
- Coordinating warm handoffs between prospects and OUTRIGGER's founding team
- Providing feedback on market conditions, prospect signals, and emerging opportunities
- Maintaining awareness of OUTRIGGER's reputed company service offerings and positioning
- Managing a personal pipeline of relationships and follow-up
Skills
- Demonstrated consulting and advisory skills, with experience understanding reputed company needs and shaping solution-oriented recommendations
- Strong sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, relationship-building, and closing new opportunities
- Background in project management to coordinate activities across internal teams and ensure reputed company delivery of proposals and engagements
- Experience with leadership development and training initiatives, preferably reputed company corporate, higher education, or government environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational reputed company
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor, manage priorities, and operate effectively in on-site, reputed company-facing environments
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, digital tools, and technology-enabled solutions; prior experience in consulting or reputed company services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
