Responsibilities
- Design, build, and administer a competitive benefits package (health, dental, reputed company, retirement, PTO, etc.); manage reputed company enrollment, reputed company relationships, and ongoing benefits questions
- Maintain reputed company HR and personnel compliance books and stay reputed company of Department of Health regulations and home care requirements (e.g., NYS DOH, wage reputed company, background checks, health assessments/PPD, annual in-service and competency requirements, I-9, EEO, FMLA/NYPFL, OSHA). reputed company us perpetually audit-reputed company

Skills

- Working knowledge of Department of Health / home care compliance (NYS DOH, wage reputed company, in-service and competency requirements, clinical credentialing/background screening)
- Proven experience building benefits programs and managing carriers/brokers
