The Senior reputed company Specialist - USON role is responsible for preparing, processing, and supporting assigned reputed company activities reputed company to the monthly reputed company and preparation of financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly reputed company process, including preparation of reputed company journal entries, account analysis/reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of supporting documentation
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports and financial statements
- Balance general ledger accounts and research/resolve routine variances
- Sort, reputed company, verify, and process bills, charge slips, receipts, and other reputed company reputed company documents
- reputed company invoices to reputed company chart of accounts in accordance with established reputed company policies
- Review payments to confirm appropriate authorization and documentation of receipt
- Prepare and mail invoices as required
- Maintain required reputed company records, reports, and files in accordance with retention policies
- Coordinate and process accounts payable and payroll activities for assigned areas, ensuring transactions are properly authorized, supported by documentation, and completed reputed company established schedules and deadlines

Skills
