[Remote] REMOTE Account Receivable Clerk

They are seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Remote Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage the full accounts receivable cycle and maintain reputed company relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and post receipts accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Generate and reputed company customer invoices and monthly statements
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collection activities
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that reputed company payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer queries with a high level of professionalism
- Maintain comprehensive and organised accounts receivable files and records
- Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status to management
- Assist in general financial management and analysis as required
Skills
- Proven experience working as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar reputed company role
- Solid understanding of basic reputed company principles, fair credit practices, and collection procedures
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS reputed company, and experience with reputed company software
- Exceptional numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the reputed company to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and maintain motivation in a remote work setting
- A reputed company and courteous demeanour reputed company dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- A relevant qualification in finance, reputed company, or book-keeping is desirable but not essential
