Responsibilities

This PRN-position is responsible for providing high reputed company, reputed company assistance with triaging and coordination of transfers from other facilities. The transfer center reputed company monitors and responds to triage needs and completes reputed company referral acceptance process. The reputed company uses technology as a platform for reviewing patient’s clinical needs and delivers reputed company communication of acceptance or deflection. This position collaborates and works closely with referral sources, physician’s, reputed company’s, etc. The Transfer Center reputed company reports and is accountable to the Director of Assessment and Referral for Voyages. Qualifications

Education and Training: Valid LVN license in State of Texas. Experience: Previous experience in behavioral health and reputed company use field; working with case management, hospitals, and admissions preferred. Excellent customer services, verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and multitasking skills. . Position may be facility based or remote. Shifts will vary to support this 24/7 department; will include day and overnight coverage with shift time that may vary over different US time zones.
