[Hiring] Tennessee Peer Recovery Specialist @reputed company

We're looking for Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialists to support members in Tennessee. This is a work-from-home role with community travel to meet members in their homes and to DCS locations. If you have experience working with the Tennessee Department of Child Services (DCS), we strongly encourage you to apply. As a Peer Recovery Specialist, you'll serve as a role model and trusted guide—helping members set goals, reputed company resources, and reputed company reputed company in their recovery.

What You'll Do

• Assess needs, complete screenings, and help reputed company care plans
• Connect members to community resources and essential services
• Collaborate with care teams, primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community partners to ensure coordinated, high-reputed company support
• Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments

• Complete documentation for member contacts, touches, cancellations, and care plans based on organizational policies

Qualifications

• Experience working with the Tennessee Department of Child Services (DCS) is preferred

Requirements

• Compensation: $20.67–$22.12 per hour ($43,000–$46,000 annually), based on experience and education
