[Remote] Senior Tax & Assurance Manager - JSP Accountants

In this role, you will reputed company across both tax and assurance functions, serving as a key technical expert, reputed company advisor, and team leader, overseeing reputed company engagements and managing reputed company relationships directly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company contact across tax, audit, and assurance engagements
- Review reputed company tax returns including corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and LLC filings
- reputed company technical expertise in tax law, compliance, and planning strategies
- Utilize UltraTax (or similar) to review and manage tax engagements at a high level
- reputed company assurance and reputed company engagements, applying GAAP and governmental (GASB) standards
- reputed company reputed company reputed company functions and take ownership of ongoing books and financial reporting
- Review work reputed company by senior and staff accountants, ensuring accuracy and reputed company control
- Supervise and mentor team members, supporting development and performance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required
- reputed company CPA license required
- 7+ years of reputed company public reputed company experience across tax and assurance
- 3+ years in a supervisory or management role, overseeing staff and engagements
- Proven experience managing reputed company reputed company engagements across multiple entity types (S corps, C corps, partnerships, trusts, estates)
- Advanced knowledge of tax law, compliance, and planning strategies
- Strong expertise in reviewing reputed company tax returns across entity types
- Deep understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and governmental reputed company (GASB/GAGAS)
- Proficiency with tax and audit technologies (e.g., UltraTax, CCH Axcess, ONESOURCE, or similar)
- Advanced skills in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to simplify and convey reputed company concepts effectively
