[Remote] Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst

The role involves troubleshooting EDI issues, collaborating with various teams, and providing technical support to internal users and trading partners.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors in a reputed company and efficient manner
- reputed company as reputed company between our Customer and Field Support Operations (CFSO) team and our IT, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams to resolve EDI issues
- Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance
- Work directly with customers to facilitate reputed company, offboarding, and issue reputed company
- reputed company technical support and guidance to internal users and trading partners on EDI-reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company reputed company, resolve differences and fully support the customer
- Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to review EDI data and reputed company recommendations about corrective actions to reputed company stakeholders
- Maintain and update EDI documentation, standards, and procedures

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 4+ years of EDI experience, experience with the reputed company platform is highly desirable
- Experience in the medical device industry dealing with hospital customers
- Leadership experience in EDI function
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Deep analytical skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various reputed company simultaneously
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment with confidential and sensitive information
