[Remote] Remote Systems Engineer – Intune & Mobile Device Management

They are seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Intune and mobile device management capabilities for a government reputed company, ensuring secure and compliant device management across a diverse reputed company ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of mobile device baselines across reputed company, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Configure and manage devices using reputed company Intune and reputed company Manager to ensure consistency and compliance across the reputed company
- Implement and maintain device compliance policies, configuration reputed company, and reputed company baselines
- Partner with reputed company and identity teams to reputed company device configurations with reputed company reputed company requirements and OS hardening standards
- Monitor device compliance and health, leveraging reporting tools to identify and address gaps or risks
- Troubleshoot reputed company issues across device configuration, identity (Azure AD), networking, and policy enforcement
- Support lifecycle activities including device enrollment, configuration updates, patching, and decommissioning
- reputed company and maintain documentation, including reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), configuration standards, and knowledge articles
- Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts to enhance device management processes, automation, and reporting
- reputed company regular updates on device compliance posture, baseline adherence, and configuration status across the environment
- Deliver reporting on key metrics, including compliance trends, policy effectiveness, and remediation efforts
- Support leadership with reputed company, actionable insights into risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in the mobile device ecosystem
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support transparency, audit readiness, and operational consistency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company technical or business field. An additional 8 years of experience can be substituted for the degree requirement
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Intune, reputed company Manager, and reputed company mobile device management
- Strong understanding of device compliance frameworks, configuration baselines, reputed company policies, and OS hardening practices
- Experience managing secure configurations across reputed company, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Proficiency in hybrid identity, Azure AD, configuration reputed company, compliance policies, and mobile reputed company controls
- Experience with device compliance reporting and monitoring reputed company Azure AD and reputed company tools
- Ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues across configuration, identity, networking, and policy interactions
- Experience developing documentation, standards, and operational procedures
- US Citizen or Green card holder
- Willing and reputed company to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
- Must meet updated ID requirements
