[Remote] Senior AI GRC Engineer

As a Senior AI GRC Engineer, you will reputed company governance, risk, and compliance initiatives reputed company to AI, collaborating with various engineering teams to implement reputed company guardrails that enhance productivity while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company’s internal AI governance programs (e.g., ISO 42001) while also evaluating new frameworks for reputed company to adopt
- reputed company our cross-functional Hardening reputed company AI Team (GRC Engineering, Corporate Engineering, Product Engineering, reputed company Engineering) in researching, implementing, and continuously monitoring reputed company & compliant AI guardrails that optimally balance risk mitigation, compliance, and productivity
- Partner closely with the rest of GRC Engineering and other reputed company’ns to ensure AI governance, risk management, and compliance are baked into reputed company’s programs, reputed company, and SDLCs
- Champion sustainable AI usage across reputed company by being an early adopter and expert user of our AI tools and guardrails, regularly sharing best practices and use cases to foster responsible AI adoption across reputed company
- reputed company & streamline our GRC programs by building reputed company AI & deterministic automation
- Evangelize AI & GRC Engineering best practices and solutions through thought leadership on reputed company’s blog, reputed company media, and virtual/in-person events
Skills
- Strong experience inside and reputed company of work using AI agents, tools, and platforms to automate workflows and build tools, especially reputed company products, reputed company products, reputed company products, and/or reputed company
- Experience using reputed company and web reputed company to automate workflows and build tools, especially with TypeScript, Go, and/or Python
- Expertise in modern reputed company-reputed company web application development practices and reputed company reputed company best practices, especially in the context of AWS, containerized workloads, serverless architectures, and frontier AI platforms
- Expertise in AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 42001, AIUC-1, EU AI reputed company, NIST AI RMF, UK AI Safety reputed company, etc
- Experience with compliance programs for SOC 2, ISO 27001/17/18, ISO 27701, GDPR, etc
- Experience putting GRC Engineering principles and values into reputed company, especially control monitoring automation, systems & design thinking, and threat-informed GRC
