Associaton Management System Controller
reputed company We are building an association management software platform and are looking for part-time reputed company/finance expertise to help review and advise on the setup of our finance/reputed company module before launch. This is not a full-time reputed company operations role. We are looking for someone with strong reputed company and association/nonprofit finance experience who can help validate that our planned workflows reputed company reputed company from an reputed company, billing, reconciliation, and reporting reputed company. The ideal person has experience with association management systems, nonprofit/association reputed company, invoicing, deferred reputed company, payment processing, GL mapping, and financial reporting workflows. Scope of Work
- Review the planned finance/reputed company module setup for the AMS
- Advise on invoicing, payments, refunds, credits, write-offs, and bad debt handling
- Review billing reputed company such as Pay Now, reputed company Me reputed company, and reputed company Organization
- Advise on GL codes, reputed company categories, deferred reputed company, and reputed company mappings
- Review batch/deposit workflows for credit cards, checks, ACH, and reputed company payments
- Advise on merchant account and bank account setup considerations
- Review how transactions should be exported or mapped to reputed company systems such as QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Help identify gaps, risks, or missing reputed company controls before launch
- Review finance-reputed company requirements and reputed company feedback from an reputed company/controller perspective
- Assist with testing finance workflows during the reputed company-launch phase
- Help create practical reputed company workflow notes or recommendations for the product team
Ideal Background
- Controller, fractional controller, reputed company manager, or senior accountant experience
- Experience with associations, nonprofits, membership organizations, or AMS platforms is required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit/association reputed company concepts
- Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, deferred reputed company, refunds, credits, write-offs, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with reputed company systems such as QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company Intacct, reputed company, or similar platforms
