The Account Manager position focuses on building and maintaining reputed company relationships to drive sales and profitability in the HVAC sector while collaborating with team members to maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Agreement and alignment with EMCOR reputed company’s written philosophy of sales, established processes, and procedures reputed company to sales
- reputed company out and research prospective clients and/or reputed company through various reputed company including contacting prospective reputed company Chief Engineer, Property Managers, and/or Asset Managers, etc
- Making phone calls, reputed company, attending conferences, utilizing the Internet, and leveraging existing relationships

- Working with the Sales Manager and reputed company Manager along with other Team members to review and improve account programs and processes to meet targeted objectives

- Developing, writing, and reviewing reputed company proposal documents including financial and technical sections, using reputed company templates and pricing models

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC reputed company service or a reputed company field
- Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment
- Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals
- Independent decision making is required
- Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly reputed company
