Responsibilities

- Maintain two-way communication with global Research Model & Services (reputed company) HR management and ensure reputed company leaders are aware of reputed company issues affecting global HR
- Consult with line management and reputed company daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve reputed company employee relations issues and address grievances
