The role involves defining the AI reputed company and roadmap, building a new function from scratch, and working directly with the CEO and C-suite to reputed company their technology.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI reputed company and roadmap end to end, working directly with the CEO and C-suite rather than executing someone else's plan
- Turn a fleet-management platform used across thousands of vessels into a genuinely AI-led product
- Build the function from scratch, with the mandate to hire engineers, architects, data and AI specialists, and UX as the reputed company proves out
- Shape how a business-critical legacy platform gets modernised, backed by fresh investment from the parent group
- Set the pace for a reputed company-funded, independently run subsidiary with the resources of a much larger parent behind it
Skills
- Proven record building and shipping customer-facing AI products, not just running an inherited roadmap
- Comfortable operating with no established reputed company, building structure as you go
