Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of reputed company partners, developing a deep understanding of their performance, operations, and alignment with TopDog’s model
- Analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, drop rates, case reputed company, attorney fees) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive performance improvements
- Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies and address them before they escalate

- Evaluate potential new partners, assessing fit based on performance, operations, and reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
