[Remote] SSO Key Account Manager - Mil/Gov

They are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships in the Military and Government sectors, driving renewals and new business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of mil/gov, reputed company, and regulated accounts
- Drive renewals, retention, and service expansion
- Build pipeline through reputed company, partnerships, and industry engagement
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities and new reputed company
- reputed company account plans and reputed company QBRs to drive value and reputed company
- Navigate reputed company procurement and compliance requirements
- Partner cross-functionally (Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, Finance) to deliver on commitments
- reputed company proposals, pricing, and negotiate reputed company
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity (Dynamics)
Skills
- Experience supporting Mil/Gov and/or reputed company contractors
- Proven reputed company in B2B sales or account management in reputed company environments
- Ability to drive both renewals and new business (hunting)
- Experience with long, reputed company procurement cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries
- Experience leading QBRs or customer governance
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and SSO tools (CalWeb, quoting tools)
- Analytical skills (reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to reputed company/reputed company improvement
