[Remote] Entry Level Recruiter

Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews (in-person or virtual) and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities and reputed company for management review

Skills
- 0–5+ years of experience in reputed company, sales, or a customer-facing role (internships or volunteer experience count)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a reputed company for building relationships
- Basic proficiency in reputed company Workplace (reputed company Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Etc.) and familiarity with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRMs is a plus

- Additional business service experience is preferred, including but not limited to: Bookkeeping (e.g., familiarity with QuickBooks or basic financial tracking)
