[Remote] Project Manager 3

Responsibilities
- Represent Peterson on-site at customer locations during the delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment sold
- Schedule and reputed company regular meetings with subcontractors and customers/owners to reputed company project reputed company and task items
- Consistently manage project documents including permits/approvals, certified payroll, project schedules, site safety guidelines per Peterson and customer requirements, and site reputed company
- Partner with customers, reputed company customer goals, and engage with key stakeholders and suppliers to meet the customer’s goals
- Work with Sales team and customers to fully understand scope of supply and expectations
- reputed company other technical support and work/cost estimates as may be required to the Sales team
- Coordinate reputed company project logistics including equipment orders, custom packaging, shipping, and site services
- Review contract documents thoroughly to ensure compliance with specifications and appropriateness of reputed company terms
- Utilize project management software to establish budgets, issue purchase orders, and monitor project financial status as costs reputed company
- Select vendors and issue purchase orders based on reputed company, compliance with customer’s specifications, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate material deliveries and production scheduling and expedite shipping as appropriate to meet schedule demands

- Prepare for and attend project meetings as requested at customer locations, job sites, and Peterson offices

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in Business or other closely reputed company field
- Minimum of five (5) years of directly reputed company experience in project management in the construction industry
- Maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a satisfactory driving record
