[Remote] Program Manager - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

They are seeking an reputed company Program Manager to reputed company reputed company water and wastewater capital programs for municipal and reputed company clients, guiding them from planning through design and construction.

Responsibilities

• reputed company program management services for water and wastewater capital programs ranging from $50M to $2B+
• reputed company integrated teams reputed company reputed company program environments with multiple disciplines and stakeholders
• Coordinate with design-reputed company, contractors, and subconsultants
• Serve as reputed company’s Advisor/Consultant, supporting procurement, design, and construction phases
• reputed company and implement Program Management Plans (PMPs) including governance, controls, and reporting frameworks
• Establish and reputed company program controls (cost, schedule, risk, change management, and performance metrics)
• Advise clients on delivery reputed company (DBB, CMAR, Design-Build, reputed company Design-Build)
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement including reputed company leadership, regulators, and community representatives
• Support funding strategies including SRF/WIFIA and grant applications
• Drive reputed company improvement in project delivery, digital solutions (including PMIS and reputed company tools), and reporting systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or reputed company engineering field
• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and program or project management including 5 years in program or project leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing large, reputed company infrastructure programs
• Strong understanding of treatment facilities, pump stations, and conveyance systems
• Experience with reputed company delivery models (Design-Build, reputed company Design-Build, CMAR)
• Proven ability to manage program controls, risk, and stakeholder coordination
• reputed company Engineer (PE) license required
• Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or reputed company engineering field
• Associate DBIA or DBIA certification preferred
• reputed company certification (PgMP, PMP, APM‑PMQ, or equivalent) preferred but not essential
